What method of shipping do you recommend to send our clothes? top

We recommend UPS or FedEX since all shipments come with real-time tracking and are most reliable. If you use USPS Priority Mail, please be sure to add tracking to your order.

All finished keepsakes are shipped back to you through UPS Ground with tracking (or USPS for PO Boxes or Canada)

I want a keepsake made from my clothes. What do I do? top

Absolutely! Your peace of mind is our top priority. The first thing I ask is that the clothing is freshly washed.  Once you place your order, you will be notified with our mailing address.  I advise to ship via UPS or USPS with a tracking number.  Once the clothes are in the studio, we'll email you to let you know they arrived.

Is there any type of clothing you do not work with? top

Yes, the following list are items I would not recommend sending due to either causes too much stress on the machine or it will not work well in creating your bear or quilt: fur, heavy material such as corduroy, loose knit clothing.

If you have any concerns about the items you are mailing you can always reach out through our contact page or feel free to email me at djsoborski@yahoo.com

Do I have to pay to ship my clothes? top

Since the weight of each customer's clothes varies so much, we can't cover the cost to ship your clothes to our studio. The cost to send the finished product back to you is included when you place your order.
